Application scenarios

Hydraulic system: It connects two sections of external threaded pipelines (such as steel pipe and hard pipe joints), or serves as an oil port adapter for valve blocks and cylinders, allowing the hydraulic oil to flow through the straight pipeline, meeting the requirements of "extended pipelines" and "equipment interface conversion" (such as the connection of valve groups in hydraulic stations with hard pipes).

Pipeline engineering: In water supply and drainage, compressed air pipelines, external wire pipe fittings (such as external wire water pipes, external wire pneumatic joints) are connected to achieve straight-line connection of pipelines of the same diameter, replacing welding and making installation and disassembly more flexible.

Core characteristics

Sealing key: Rely on threaded sealing (often used in conjunction with raw tape or anaerobic adhesive) or O-ring sealing (some with internal sealing grooves). In high-pressure scenarios, joints with sealing structures should be selected to prevent leakage.

Material compatibility: Carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and other materials are available for selection. Stainless steel is suitable for corrosive environments (such as chemical hydraulic systems), while brass is suitable for low-pressure and civilian scenarios (such as household water pipes).
